
Ingredients
•4 Large Tomatoes
•1 Cup Rice
•2 Green chilis
•1/2" ginger piece
•1 Big onion
•2 tsp Oil
•1 tsp cumin seeds
•Fresh coriander leaves
•Curry leaves
•Salt.
Procedure
1.Clean tomatoesand chop them into samll cubes.Chop onion finely.
2.Slit green chilis sideways,chop ginger and coriander leaves,keep aside.
3.wash rice and keep aside.
4.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds fry for few seconds and add chopped onoin and fry 5 mins.
5.Add tomatoes ginger and green chilis to it.
6.Add salt and mix it with spoon Cover with a lid.
7.Keep stirring in between.Cook it till tomatoes are tender.
8.Then add rice to tomato curry and fry them for 2 mins.
9.Transfer whole thing into a rice cooker.Cook it till done.
10.Remove from the rice cooker and garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
11.Serve hot with ghee.
