GINGER CHUTNEY


Ingredients

1 cup Ginger finely chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp urad dal
1tsp methi seeds
tamarind extract
salt to taste
1tsp oil for tadka
5 curry leaves

How to mak ginger chutney

Clean and chop ginger finely.Grind it in the mixer with some tamarind pulp and salt.In a little oil fry the mustard, hing, the red chillies, urad dal, the methi seeds and the curry leaves. Turn the gas off and then add ginger to it and mix it with seasoning
