PINDI PULIHORA (RICE RAVA)


Ingredients

2 cup rice
Lemon juice/ tamirand paste - as needed
salt- to taste

For popu (tadka)

Chana dal
Urad dal
Peanuts/ Cashew nuts
Red chillies
Green chillies
Curry leaves
Hing (optional)
Mustard
Jeera

How to make Pindi Pulihora

Soak rice for 2 hours
Grind coarsely (as rice nooka / rava)
Boil 4 cups water and add nooka and wait till it is boiled
keep it aside

For tadka

Put oil in a pan, add all the ingredients mentioned above for popu (similar to pulihora tadka)
add all the ingredients with lemon juice/tamirand paste
